What do the print layouts mean?

Repeat — your design tiles continuously down the whole length. This is what most people mean by printed fabric, and there are no joins between metres.

Placed — one design per metre, with plain fabric in between. Suits panels, cushion fronts or a single motif you want isolated.

Full length — one large design running across the whole piece. We send a proof for this one and may ask you for a higher-resolution file.

How ordering by the metre works
  • The price shown is for one metre. Choose how many metres in the quantity box.
  • Minimum order is 1 metre. Zero MOQ — print one metre to test an idea before committing to more.
  • You upload one design. We repeat it down the length, so 1 metre and 20 metres carry the same design.
  • Usable print width is 58 inches.
  • We send you a proof before anything is printed. Printed fabric cannot be returned.

  • As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
  • Each order is packed with care at our warehouse and hand-delivered to your doorstep.
  • For your security, deliveries can't be redirected to a different address once the order is placed.
  • We don't deliver on Sundays or national holidays and we never count those days in your delivery time.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changed your mind? You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering or before production starts — just message us on WhatsApp at +91 91106 36079 or email info@rightgifting.com.
  • Need to update your delivery address? Depending on the product and how recently you ordered, we'll do our best to help, reach us on the same WhatsApp or email.

Returns & Refunds

  • Your happiness matters to us. If your gift arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, such as a flaw in the fabric or a print that is unclear, faded, or misaligned, just send us a photo on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll gladly repair, replace, or refund it. We'll make it right.
  • Because each customised gift is made uniquely for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of heart about the design.
  • Ready-made (non-customised) products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery in their original condition.
