How do I customise my product?


Creating your personalised gift is simple:

  1. Click "Customize" on any product page to open the design studio on a new page.
  2. Add your personal touch — you can upload a photo or image (JPG or PNG, up to 7MB — a higher-resolution image gives the best print quality), add text such as names, dates or messages in your choice of fonts, and add a design from our built-in options.
  3. Save & reuse (optional) — if you're logged into your account, you can save your design and reuse it across other products later.
  4. Click "Continue" once you're happy with your creation.
  5. Add to cart, then head to checkout.
  6. Complete payment — and we'll start handcrafting your gift!
💡 Tip: double-check your spelling, photo and design before ordering — since each item is made uniquely for you, personalised products can't be changed once production begins.

What happens if the order is placed after the cut-off time?


If you place your order after the cut-off time, we begin preparing it the next business day, and your delivery date is calculated from there. You'll always see your estimated delivery date at checkout.

When and how can I cancel an order?


You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided production hasn't started, by calling us at +91-9110636079. Once production has begun, we're unable to cancel the order. Any refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?


When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after, we'll send you a confirmation email. How do I check the current status of my orders?

What payment methods are accepted?


We accept a wide range of secure payment options through our payment gateway:

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM & any UPI app
  • Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
  • Net Banking — all major Indian banks
  • Wallets — popular digital wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available — all orders are prepaid.

Can I pay for the items using cash?


No, Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are currently disabled.

How much does delivery cost?


The delivery cost for the product is calculated based on the weight and destination.

Can I change my delivery address?


Depending on the product, you may be able to change your delivery address within 24 hours of ordering, provided it hasn't shipped. Contact us at +91-9110636079 or email info@rightgifting.com. *Please note we cannot guarantee address changes once production has begun.

Can I amend my order? (E.g. change the quantity, size or colour)?


Yes, you can amend your order (size, colour or quantity) within 6 hours of placing it, provided production hasn't started. Just call us at +91-9110636079.

I placed an order as a guest, how do I track it?

Can I return my product and get a refund?


  • Customised gifts are made uniquely for you, so we're unable to offer returns or refunds for a change of mind about the design — please double-check your details before ordering.
  • If your item arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect (a flaw in the fabric, or a print that is unclear, faded or misaligned), send us a photo within 2 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
  • Ready-made (non-personalised) products can be returned within 2 days of receipt, in their original, unused condition.
