How the price is worked out
Price = the rate for your width × how many metres
Example: 5 metres of polyester, 140 cm wide.
140 cm sits in the 138–160 cm band. Sublimation.
Rs. 500 × 5 metres = Rs. 2,500, plus return delivery.

- Fabric narrower than 112 cm still pays the 112 cm rate. The machine takes the same time either way.
- We charge by the whole metre, rounded up. 4.3 metres is charged as 5.
- Leave 30 cm spare at each end. The machine needs fabric to grip, and that part cannot carry your design.
Already have fabric? Send it to us and we will print your design on it, by the metre. Nothing is printed until we have checked your fabric and confirmed the job with you.

Sublimation
Polyester and polyester blends
Bright, sharp and permanent. The feel of the fabric does not change.
Method 02
Pigment
All other fabrics
Cotton, muslin, linen, rayon and more. Softer, matte finish. The fabric is pre-coated first, which is why pigment costs more.

We can print up to 160 cm wide (63 in / 5 ft 3 in).Anything wider than this cannot go through our machine.

Delivery Information
Every gift is made by hand, just for you, and delivered right to your door. Here's what to expect:
Delivery
- Your gift arrives on or before your promised date, usually 2–7 days depending on your pincode.
- Our delivery partner will give you a call before they arrive, so do keep your phone handy — it helps your gift reach you smoothly.
- As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
- Each order is packed with care at our warehouse and hand-delivered to your doorstep.
- For your security, deliveries can't be redirected to a different address once the order is placed.
- We don't deliver on Sundays or national holidays and we never count those days in your delivery time.
Changes & Cancellations
- Changed your mind? You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering or before production starts — just message us on WhatsApp at +91 91106 36079 or email info@rightgifting.com.
- Need to update your delivery address? Depending on the product and how recently you ordered, we'll do our best to help, reach us on the same WhatsApp or email.
Returns & Refunds
- Your happiness matters to us. If your gift arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, such as a flaw in the fabric or a print that is unclear, faded, or misaligned, just send us a photo on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll gladly repair, replace, or refund it. We'll make it right.
- Because each customised gift is made uniquely for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of heart about the design.
- Ready-made (non-customised) products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery in their original condition.
