FAQs
Can I design my own custom window curtains?
Yes. You can upload your own photo, artwork or design and position it using RightGifting’s online design canvas before ordering. This lets you create personalised curtains around your own interiors rather than choosing only from standard ready-made prints.
What can I print on personalised curtains?
You can customise suitable curtains with your own images, artwork and designs. This makes them suitable for everything from original illustrations and repeating patterns to photographic designs and personalised artwork. RightGifting’s current curtain products specifically support customisation with images, text, artwork and designs.
Can I create custom photo curtains?
Yes. Photography can be used as the basis of a personalised curtain design. For large-format printing, start with the highest-resolution original photograph available rather than a screenshot or compressed image so there is more image information available when the photograph is enlarged.
What image quality should I use for custom curtain printing?
Use a high-resolution JPG or PNG wherever possible. RightGifting recommends higher-resolution uploads for better print quality and currently accepts JPG and PNG files of up to 7 MB through its customisation tool.
Which fabric should I choose for my custom curtains?
Choose according to the amount of light and privacy you want. RightGifting’s current curtain range includes Chiffone Polyester for sheer/light-passing curtains, Micro Polyester for regular medium light passage, and Blockout Polyester for greater light blocking. Check the specific window-curtain product before ordering to confirm which options are available for it.
Can I use my own illustration or repeating pattern on the curtains?
Yes. Original artwork, illustrations and patterns are particularly well suited to custom printed curtains because the large textile surface can turn the design into a major feature of the room. RightGifting’s customisation system supports uploaded artwork and designs.
Are personalised window curtains suitable for bedrooms and living rooms?
Custom printed curtains can be used to coordinate artwork and colour with different interiors. Across the broader custom-curtain market, bedrooms and living rooms are common applications, alongside children’s rooms and home offices. The appropriate fabric and level of light control should be selected for the room.
How do I choose between sheer, regular and light-blocking curtains?
Think about what you need the window covering to do. A sheer fabric prioritises daylight and an airy appearance; a medium light-passing curtain offers more coverage while retaining some natural light; and a blockout option is intended for substantially greater light control. RightGifting currently distinguishes its curtain fabrics along these lines.
Are RightGifting’s custom curtains machine washable?
Current RightGifting custom curtain listings state that the curtains are machine washable. Follow the care instructions supplied with the specific curtain you purchase, particularly because care requirements can vary between fabric options.
Will my printed curtain look exactly like the design on my screen?
The digital preview provides a useful representation, but minor colour differences can occur between a backlit screen and physical textile printing. RightGifting notes that screen resolution and printing methods can cause small variations in the finished personalised product.
Can I order custom printed curtains for a business or project?
RightGifting accepts bulk customisation orders for companies, events and special occasions. Custom printed curtains can therefore also be relevant for project requirements where personalised textile graphics are needed.
